Can Furnet -
Villa Darcy is a grand and imposing modern 6 bedroom villa bursting with charisma, and begging to be used to the max, from its enormous rolling terraces boasting both sea and country views, right down to the lower ground floor with music recording studio and cinema room.
Located in the secure Can Furnet urbanization, the 528 sqm villa with two pools, is only a couple of minutes from Jesus village and around 10 minutes from Ibiza Town.
Perfect for big families, or owners who love to entertain on all levels, or even both, the villa is set over 4 floors in total with 2 separate entrances, a ground floor, first floor, rooftop terrace and lower ground floor open plan basement, all connected by spiralling open plan wooden staircases.
This villa tickets every single box needed to keep every member of any family of all ages happy and engaged. The ground floor has a rather cavernous entrance hall, as well as modern open plan kitchen with large family friendly island and breakfast bar (as well as the utility room which handily has direct access to the huge double plus garage underneath). The indoor dining area has direct access to the covered terrace, and huge outdoor dining area, as well as the main living room and guest bathroom.
On the first floor there is a second living room with a very cool hanging fireplace creating a ‘snug’ type of feeling, as well as the master bedroom with no less than a jacuzzi tucked away in the corner and an en suite bathroom, large dressing room and again direct access to the terraces wrapping themselves around the villa. On this floor 4 more double bedrooms, three of them which have decent sized en suite bathrooms. Having two separate living rooms as well as numerous rooms, floors, and ‘fun spaces’ is perfect for families that all need their own space from time to time.
Going down to the lower ground floor, is where the real fun and entertainment can be found with a fully fitted and functioning American bar, numerous sports games, a full home cinema, and a fully functioning top of the range music recording studio installed and used to great success by the current owner.
The owners have spent the recent ‘lockdown period’ going through the whole house and the grounds from top to bottom refreshing the whole place. There is a state-of-the-art sound system running throughout the property both indoors and outdoors, especially around the pool. There are in fact 2 pools, a children´s one, and one for the adults as well as a dry sauna underneath for the grown ups, plus large natural grass lawns and chillout areas.
The villa can be accessed via 2 separate entrances on the property, one at the top and one from below, as it is set on a hill and a corner plot of 1500 sqm, which is unusually large for this urbanization.
Finally the feather in the cap for this impressive home is the large rooftop terrace from which a glass of wine or two can be enjoyed whilst enjoying the magical views of Ibiza Town, Dalt Vila, the sea and Formentera in the distance.

For the summer months Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the centre of the world, or so it seems.
The town itself is centred mainly around the beautiful square (recently pedestrianised) known as Vara De Rey and the main port.
Overlooking the port and the town below from behind its castle ramparts is Dalt Vila (aka the Old Town), dating back to the Phoenicians and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate or two, it is now full of winding cobbled streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants.
To the west of Ibiza Town runs the road to San Jose, which is peppered with myriad restaurants such as KM5, Cova Santa and Cas Costas Grill and Market, and in the surrounding hills if you look carefully enough one can spot some of the most exclusive and beautiful villas on the island tucked away behind the pines.
To the east of Ibiza Town, past the millionaire’s playground of Marina Botofoch and the Paseo Maritimo, which is known as the Golden Mile (think Pacha, Lío, It Restaurant etc) is the bay of Talamanca, the bustling town of Jesus, and the equally exclusive Cap Martinet. This area also boasts an unending array of luminary hotspots such as Nobu Hotel, Destino, Rehab, Sa Punta, and the latest celebrity hangout, beach restaurant Cala Bonita on Playa S’Estanyol.
