Set in the stunning south west of Ibiza this 450 sqm modern minimal 5 bedroom villa is located on the top a hill, boasting panoramic views of Ibiza ́s coast ,and countryside, with some of the best views on the island. The impressive 300 degree view overlooks the valley of San Augustin towards Cala Conta and all the way over to Cap Nono. On clear days you can even see the mainland.
The villa has 650 sqm of terracing and 22000 sqm of land surrounding it, and has been completely remodeled with elegant and minimalistic clean lines that evoke a feeling of modern day luxury in a natural wild pine wood forest.
A living room with electrical sun reflex windows is annexed by an ultra modern top of the range open kitchen and 2 dining tables. Opening the windows allows a pleasant breeze to sway through the room of the cool house which often negates the need for using the air-conditioning.
The master area set on the top floor with its 50 m2 terrace overlooks the entire house and the landscape.
With 4 clear white bedrooms in the main house and its cute separate rustic garden suite the house can sleep 10 people. There is also the potential for the 40 sqm cellar to be converted into a further room with bathroom potentially as a staff apartment with kitchen.
Each bedroom has sea views, touchscreen panels, satellite TV, individual control of the Sonos music system, a safe, as well as high speed internet, and all furniture and additinons can be negotiated as part of the sale if necessary.
The Bathrooms ensuite measure 25-30 sqm and each one is equipped with touchscreen panels and surround sound speakers. Some bathtubs also boast their own TV and some showers have their own sea view.
All the rooms of the villa can be dipped into various individually chosen colours of lounge lighting. In fact the range of ultra contemporary material of the highest quality makes this incredible home a statement of passion for design. A smart home control system allows you to adjust the alarm system, lights, music, ground floor heating, air conditioning and the electric window fronts with your smartphone from anywhere.
Approached the end of a great camino, curling and winding it's way up from the hubbub below into total tranquility, almost amongst the clouds, the electric gates open between the high stone walls into 22000 sqm of Ibiza terrain, and sitting proudly at the top is Villa Futura, surrounded by 600 sqm of terrace with its iridescent, shimmering mosaic swimming pool, edged with a glass balcony irradiated by spotlights reflecting elected colours at night.
Positioned alone on the hilltop and with the benefit of it’s own water well (very rare in the South West of the island), and incredible views, this villa belongs to the top end of desirable properties and locations on the island.
With cameras in the garden, an alarm system and high outdoor walls, security is also ensured, as is the feeling of total privacy.

LOCATION - SOUTH WEST
Recommended Beaches: Cala Jondal, Cala Conta, Cala Vadella ,Cala Moli, Cala Bassa, Sa Caleta, Cala Tarida
The south west of Ibiza, along with it’s jaw-dropping scenic backgrounds, is glamorous, brash and exclusive, and with more stylish beach club restaurants along it’s shores than possibly the rest of the Balearic islands put together, it is idolised by big-hitting jet setters and local residents alike.
The south west manages to somehow successfully mix this side of it’s personality with the ultra exclusive and uber-cool international residents tucked away in the hills of Es Cubells, and Puig Redo, and hidden behind the security barriers of the gated community Vista Alegre.
The focal point of the south west and an absolute must-see is the mythical and magical volcanic outcrop Es Vedra, so seemingly close that you could almost touch it from the shingled shores of Cala d’Hort. There are many urban myths that surround it, such as it being the third most magnetic place on the planet after the North and South Poles, and there is no better place to contemplate these myths than from a table at Es Boldado, the superb fish restaurant built into the rocks across the bay.
The main town, and gateway to the south west is San Jose, a busy bustling town which hosts various rock and jazz festivals throughout the year and is also no more than a quarter of an hour away from the incredibly popular beaches such as Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta (with one of the longest standing beach restaurants, Sunset Ashram perched above). San Jose and her surrounding areas are constantly in demand with property seekers due to the close proximity of all the beaches in the area, as well as the closeness to the airport and Ibiza Town. Consequently the exclusive villas in the south west are the most requested by high net worth holiday-goers in the summer months.
