This four-bedroom, two-bathroom house sits on a hill overlooking the stunning San Mateo landscape. Still with original features from 1979 this 357 square metre home would benefit from a cosmetic makeover. The wrap around terrace set off the main living area maximises the views and the fireplace keeps things cosy in the winter. The huge swimming pool and various outdoor terraces make this ideal for outdoor summer living. A large basement area split into 3 rooms is ripe for development. A few minutes from San Mateo and 15 minutes to Santa Gertrudis living the island dream can be yours in an instant.
NEIGHBOURHOOD NORTH WEST
Undoubtedly the quietest and most secluded part of the island, the North West boasts some of the most jaw-dropping scenery in Ibiza, and is very popular for yoga retreats and wellness therapists due to the abundance of natural elements and the strong island energy felt in that region.
From the North of the island there is an array of stunning beaches skirting their way around the coast, from Benirras in the North (famous for it’s historic hippie drumming traditions and iconic ‘God’s Finger’ rock jutting out of the sea in front of the beach), to Cala Salada and Cala Gracioneta over in the West.
The endless sunsets from this side of the island can be indescribable in their beauty and each day brings a unique set of colours, and experiences for those lucky enough to witness them.
Dropping inland you will find picture perfect villages nestled in the countryside, with no more than a church and a couple of restaurants to their name, such as Santa Agnes and San Mateo, surrounded by orchards of almond trees and green fields, almost as if they were frozen in time.
