CALA MOLI ´PRIVEE´
This is a great opportunity for both investors and/or Ibiza lifestyle seekers alike, with excellent investment potential to acquire a beautiful set of three brand new villas in Cala Molí, due for completion in the last quarter of 2019 (and the last of it´s kind for sometime due to the new planning restrictions in force now in Ibiza), or to purchase one of the villas individually once completed next year.
The land is divided into three different projects with all with full building license. Structural works have been
already been completed. Any future buyer and/or investor has several possibilities :
Firstly the three plots can be purchased in their
current state, with the licenses granted,
structures completed, and independent full legal due
diligence already carried out. The price for the whole
project and the finished structure ´as is´ at this
moment in time is €3.5m
Second, there is the possibility of purchasing the
villas individually once completed next year with
an initial 15% down payment now. Prices range
from €2.15m to €2.6m.
These 5 bedroom homes all with sea
views, ´floating´ infinity pools and separate indoor
solarium, have been designed by a renowned
Madrid-based architect and Development
Company and are extremely modern and unique in style for Ibiza. There will be nothing else like these when finished!
Buyers have the option of tailoring the finishings (outside
and in) to their own styles.
There is also direct access via a 2 min walk to a secluded cove, along a little stone pathway, and the sea views are via sweeping glass doors and windows. The villa´s own spas come with a jacuzzi, cold water pool and Turkish bath.
On the main floor is a spacious living room, and
modern open plan equipped kitchen; on the top floor a master
double bedroom with en suite, and four further
double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms on
the lower floor, complete with beautiful
outdoor areas with swimming pool, terraces,
solarium and garage.
Even now constantly changing the design and set up of these villas to set them apart from the ´norm´, the architects idea was to create a little ´exclusive´ village so that each owner has privacy, without feeling too remote. The villas are a two minute drive from the uber cool Cala Moli beach, and a two minute walk from their own even more uber cool little cala!

The South West of Ibiza, along with it’s jaw-dropping scenic backgrounds, is glamorous, brash and exclusive, and with more stylish beach club restaurants along it’s shores than possibly the rest of the Balearic islands put together, it is idolised by big-hitting jet setters and local residents alike.
To be experienced at least once is the sassy and shameless Blue Marlin beach club on Cala Jondal (with it’s sister restaurant Yemanja perched daintily on the sand beside, watching with possibly a tinge of jealousy the partying celebrities popping Crystal jereboams next door). At the other end of the spectrum is the rapidly changing San Antonio (as the Brits Abroad pubs are slowly replaced by investors snapping up and converting hotels and restaurants left right and beachfront centre). The South West manages to somehow successfully mix this side of it’s personality with the ultra exclusive and uber-cool international residents tucked away in the hills of Es Cubells, and Puig Redo, and hidden behind the security barriers of the gated community Vista Alegre.
The focal point of the South West and an absolute must-see is the mythical and magical volcanic outcrop Es Vedra, so seemingly close that one could almost touch it from the shingled shores of Cala d’Hort. There are many urban myths that surround it, such as it being the third most magnetic place on the planet after the North and South Poles, and there is no better place to contemplate these myths than from a table at Es Boldado, the superb fish restaurant built into the rocks across the bay.
The main town, and gateway to the South West is San Jose, a busy bustling town which hosts various rock and jazz festivals throughout the year and is also no more than a quarter of an hour away from the incredibly popular beaches such as Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta (with one of the longest standing beach restaurants, Sunset Ashram perched above). San Jose and her surrounding areas are constantly in demand with property seekers due to the close proximity of all the beaches in the area, as well as the closeness to the airport and Ibiza Town. Consequently the exclusive villas in the South West are the most requested by high net worth holiday-goers in the Summer months.
