The two sisters who own this little villa grew up there, but have now decided to move on and to take their memories with them. They will leave behind a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage ripe for renovation and a brand new refurbishment.
There is a small porch and terraced area to the front of the property, and also due to the quirky positioning of the property, a totally private garden area to the rear, despite the fact that it is set in an urban area with other properties in the same community dotted around it.
It is not unusual for shared community pools to be a little bit neglected, and unused, but this one is the real heart of the area, large and well looked after, with sea views and a buzzing cafe alongside. It can be reached via a set of gentle stairs ensuring it is close enough to be used easily, but far enough away to ensure no disturbance.
The house also has a large flat rooftop terrace, currently not maximised at all to it´s potential, but we do not think it would take much to create something special up there so as to enjoy the fantastic sea views in the distance across Cala Llonga bay. 5 minutes to Santa Eulalia one way, 5 minutes to Cala Llonga beach and Roca LLisa golf course the other way, and only a further 5 minutes into Jesus village. Possibly 30 minutes in total to the airport.

The North East is possibly the most family friendly region of the island. Santa Eulalia, the third largest town in Ibiza, remains the same safe family haven all year round, with a complete ban on nightclubs and late night hostelries, a superb theatre, amazing sports facilities, cinema, a blue-flag beach, and endless shops, restaurants and gyms. Very popular with British, Dutch and Germans, it’s main square contains pretty fountains running down from the Town Hall all the way down the sea front.
Moving out of town and North towards the picturesque little village San Carlos, one will find the famous Las Dalias Hippy Market with hundreds of stalls to wander around, and along the coastline untold beaches perfectly suited for families, such as Cala Martina, Cala Nova, and Cala Llenya (which also hosts the weekly Sunday morning flea market nearby), to name just a few.
From San Carlos take the back winding mountain road North towards Cala San Vicente to catch the breath-taking scenery to your right as the sun rises above the pristine clear waters, and even feel free to shed your inhibitions on the nudist beaches along the way, such as Aguas Blancas. Then it is another quick hop up to the Northern most town in Ibiza, Portinatx, and trying to choose from yet more tiny little coves to chill out on, before winding down again to the quaint little village of San Juan, where the demand for increasingly exclusive high end properties in the surrounding areas continues apace.
